• ¼ cup canned pumpkin
• 10 ice cubes
• 1 tablespoon almond butter 
• 15 drops vanilla stevia, or to taste
• 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
• ½ scoop vanilla protein powder or collagen peptides (optional)
• 1 tablespoon pecans, chopped (optional)
